Hayley’s Zoom spin classes are excellent. After leaving my gym during lockdown it was really nice to join a spin class again and even though it is online, it honestly feels like an in person class; Hayley is full of encouragement and her enthusiasm shines through. I’ve had the most rewarding 4 months training with Hayley; the sessions themselves have been fun, challenging and totally bespoke to my personal goals but more than this Hayley takes the time even outside of sessions so consider what may help psychologically and provides the right balance of warm encouragement and motivation I’ve needed. I’ve been so pleased to feel stronger, improve my posture and overall feel healthier both physically and mentally having trained with Hayley.

Hayley is amazing. I’ve been having weekly PT sessions with her since March 2022 and it’s been brilliant. She built up my fitness level and strength, pushing hard when I was able, adjusting things based on various injuries and aches/pains and changing the exercises frequently. She has been very supportive and understanding when life has been busy but has also kept me focussed by consistently improving my fitness level and nutrition - I’m the fittest I’ve been for 5 years! Hayley was very encouraging, to a complete beginner like myself, and professional. She listened very closely to my responses to questions and tailored each session very carefully to my requirements and abilities. I've been training with Hayley for 6 months and can highly recommend her as a PT. I had an Achilles injury which had prevented exercise for sometime and made me feel nervous about making it worse. But Hayley is very knowledgeable about injuries and I'm pleased to say it has now fully resolved. Originally I intended to do about 12 weekly sessions just to get me back into exercise but I have enjoyed it so much I am continuing.
