Started going to Mike at Hamer360fitness about a year ago doing boot camps first. Then progressed onto the PT. I was looking for somewhere more local to where I usually went and a friend has started going so thought I'd give it a go. He is really friendly, easy going and helpful. I have been attending classes here for 10 months and having personal training session as well. The classes are great, there is a really nice group people who attend and we all encourage and push each other. During my personal training sessions i am improving my overall level of fitness, toning up and lifting weight i never thought i would be able to!! Mike is really supportive and encourages you to push yourself. I can see changes in my body, posture and mindset about exercise. Thank you Mike.
