I started with Grady to loose weight and inches. In just 4 weeks I lost 7lbs (3.17kgs) in weight, 2 inches from bust, 1 inch from waist, 1 inch from hips and 0.5 inch from thighs. I decided to contact Grady because I had no idea how a gym works. He immediately put me at ease. I am always impressed by his considerable knowledge of sport science and his passionate and empathetic personality. He is very supportive and gives you detailed feedback on how to take maximum advantage of each piece of gym equipment and most importantly, how to use equipment safely. I started working with Grady with the goal of gaining more muscle mass. I find Grady very knowledgeable, he also has the skill to tailor each work to suite my ability while pushing me to the limit, the strange thing is it feels good! I highly recommend him as a personal trainer. Hey folk, it has been two months now and I am bigger and stronger. My advice for a guaranteed result; follow the program and more importantly stick with the diet. Work hard and have fun.

Grady is a fantastic personal trainer who is both talented and passionate about what he does. He takes the time to assess your current condition and help you build and achieve a fitness plan in a healthy way. I started training with Grady as a results of a turning-forty-middle-age- crisis. Just over two months later, nearly two stones lighter and I feel amazing - best I felt in years! Grady is a great trainer, great source of fitness and nutrition related knowledge but at the same time he is not patronising.
