Sessions with James have been extremely useful and I have noticed significant visible changes in my form/physique over the last 2 months. Have been given a full diet and exercise plan as well as various other tips and advice - overall has been fantastic!

James is an excellent PT he really pushes you to be your best. He is patient, friendly and motivating and helps you to stay on track with the weigh ins and my fitness pal tracking. Each session is different and I can feel myself getting stronger each session. I would definitely recommend him to someone who is looking for a pt.

Been training with James for the last 3 months, he a fantastic PT he motivates you pushes you and keeps you on track which has improved my fitness as I was not pushing myself enough by myself . Feel stronger and losing weight which is my goal, looking forward to continuing smashing my goals in 2023.

Have been doing boxing personal training supplemented with strength training with James for more than half a year now. Each session is structured slightly different and builds on previous sessions in terms of technique. I enjoy the variety and the mini sparring sessions. He pushes me but still conscious of my limits.
