The great thing about Stephen is he is always cheerful and encouraging but doesn’t let you get away with not doing your absolute best. Before going to Stephen I hated gym workouts as I found them boring. Now I enjoy working out and pushing myself because he keeps the routines fresh and consistently moves the goals. He also makes me laugh -a real bonus.

Before coming to see Stephen I was struggling to lose weight and to motivate myself. I was a member of a gym, but never went. My eating habits were not great and I was feeling knackered all the time - I said, I've had enough of it! So far Stephen has been phenomenal. Working out with Steve has been a game changer. I was a total beginner and within four months of working together, he helped me to develop consistent gym routine, confidence and good eating habits, which resulted in 3kg of gains! I never looked and felt better. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Steven and his services, he is great and has helped me a huge amount. My reason for working with Steven was that I was overweight and had a terrible relationship with food!
