A perfect gym for those wanting to workout away from the baby oiled, tanned guys in other gyms. This gym is all about fitness and a healthier you. Start my personal training next week I'll update when I've given it a chance to transform my body. Could be sometime 😂😂

Friendly and supportive gym. Everyone I’ve met here over the last 7 months encourages others to be the best they can be. The PT’s are fabulous and arrange community events for members. There are also several classes open to both members and non members. Best gym I’ve ever been to 😉

Such a fantastic and friendly gym. Has everything you'd need. Trainer on site most of the time. Darren is awesome.

Brilliant location to get fit. Staff are amazing and keep you on your toes not to give up. 8f you thinking about going, try and check out this place. I finally have found a gym I like and feel comfortable in. Took me many many years. Give it a go and you will not regret your choice.
