I am an experienced EFT Practitioner, Mindfulness Teacher, Therapist and Coach who specialises in helping women eliminate stress and anxiety. I offer sessions worldwide via the internet, or face to face in Halwill Junction, Okehampton and Exeter, Devon, UK. I also teach classes and run retreats. Online Mindfulness Classes

I offer online mindfulness classes every Friday at 2-3pm. Each session involves a variety of practices such as breath meditation, body scan, loving kindness and usually some mindful movement. I share quotes and poems which help us contemplate our experience further.

Please note my classes are general Mindfulness and therefore may not be suitable if you suffer from chronic anxiety, depression or other mental health problems.

If you have not attended my classes before you will need to complete a pre-class questionnaire before you attend. Please email me first to ask for the questionnaire so that I can ensure the class is suitable for you.

Therapy Sessions

My fees are based on the basis that one treatment of any therapy is not going to solve your issues, especially if they have been around for awhile. I offer my sessions in packages of 3 with a discounted rate. Existing clients can book top-up sessions as required.

Distance Reiki

Benefit from a Reiki session in the comfort of your own home. This is for a one to one distance Reiki session at £35. Please pay for the session and then email me to arrange a suitable time. You will need between 30 minutes and 1 hour of quiet time, where you can sit or lie down in a safe space undisturbed, to receive the healing. I will email you my pdf on how to prepare for the session.

This is for online EFT sessions via Zoom. Please email me to arrange your sessions.

£50 for 1 hour session
£150 for 3 x 1 hour sessions

Mindfulness

This is for online one to one mindfulness sessions via Zoom. I will tailor the sessions to your exact needs and we will practice a number of different meditations. Please email me to arrange your sessions.

£40 for 1 hour session
£120 for 3 x 1 hour sessions

Bespoke Packages

I offer bespoke packages for clients who aren’t sure what treatment they need or where to get started. Please contact me to arrange your free, confidential consultation so that I can come up with a unique package just for you.

This will usually be a combination of at least 2 different therapies/techniques. If you want to get results fast, then I offer special half day sessions to suit your needs.

Cancellation Policy

Online Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice. If we have to rearrange multiple times, I may charge you a small administration fee (£10). Missed appointments will be charged at the full price.
