I started working with Matt 6 months ago after attending his bootcamp classes, Matt has taken the time to get to know me better and understated what I want to achieve from personal training. I have gained confidence in the gym and I am doing exercises and lifting weights I never thought I would be able to do! Matt is flexible with my training programmes and takes into consideration my preferences when it comes to exercise, he also makes training a lot of fun!

Matt is a great Personal Trainer and bootcamp instructor because he always motivates you. He is very knowledgeable, and his videos are a great way to visually understand weight loss, exercises and dieting myths. Apart from that he is good fun, so always keeps it light hearted whilst helping you to achieve your goals.

After attending bootcamp sessions with Matt I started working with him on 1:1 PT sessions 3 months ago. In that time I have already seen a big difference in my strength training and he has helped me work on my nutrition as well. The support, information & ongoing guidance that Matt at Fortitude gives to me as part of my PT sessions is excellent. He always makes things make sense and helps me understand nutrition & the reason behind everything that we do on our journey together. Matt is a great PT. He has taken the time to get to know me in order to best support me to reach my goals. I now have the confidence to train between PT’s, am feeling stronger and looking leaner. I enjoy my sessions with Matt and look forward to my programs. I would highly recommend Matt
