Great boxing gym and great atmosphere! A lot of people feel intimidated walking into a boxing gym but Paul makes everyone feel welcome. He has a great knowledge of boxing and fitness and has different classes for your skill set! Trust me pay this place and visit and I guarantee you go back and feel much better for going!

Highly recommend for weight loss and fitness!! Lost over 4st since end of October 2021 through boxing training and nutritional advice. Always a good workout every class and 121 I’ve attended. Spot on gym!!

its well worth checking out whats on offer,at Flatsnout Boxing , its good craic and will definitely get you physically fit, The training offers a level of first hand knowledge (with a no nonsense approach) and experience thats hard to match. Give it a go . you ll be glad you did Si Evans (Group fitness instructor , with residencies in gyms around North Tyneside )

I've had 1-2-1 sessions learning how to box with fitness elements thrown in. I feel that my fitness, technique, speed and punching ability all improved with just 1 session per week. Paul tailored workouts well for me (i suffer badly with sciatica) so that the intensity could remain high and still fun. Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn to box for fun or sport.

Paul is an ex Pro boxer having served 22 years in the RAF, He has a wealth of experience in boxing, fitness and nutrition, he is really approachable and will take the time to explain things to you. He is exceptionally passionate and dedicated towards boxing which shows in his classes which are always varied. I 100% recommend Paul 👌
