  • I started attending Pilates classes with Sally sometimes in March of 2022, shortly after I moved to Stevenage. It started as a "trial basis" but I really fell in love with it. I am attending twice a week and I love the variety of exercises, different routine and equipment each week and exercises are suitable for absolutely everyone.   • I have had back problems but can honestly say that Pilates really does help my flexibility. I love how Sally's classes vary each week teaching different stretches and using different equipment. The classes are never boring, some other classes I have attended in the past have been as they are the same exercises week in week out. The time flies by and I generally feel the benefit of the class especially a couple of days later!

  • I highly recommend Sally’s Pilates classes, suits all ages and abilities, very friendly and Sally provides a range of different equipment to fit in with her fun varied classes. I have been attending Sally’s classes for 12 years after a diagnosis of a prolapsed disc in my lower back. Having tried medications and injections, my consultant suggested Pilates, I have never looked back. Thanks to Sally my life has returned back to normal.

  • After being told Pilates would be beneficial by my physio, I have been going to Sally's classes for about 7 years and it is the best thing I have done. Her classes are amazing. Every week is different. Sally varies each class with different moves, sometimes using equipment sometimes not, so it is never boring. I have really felt the benefit since going and do miss it if I can't make it one week. Life is busy but I appreciate the hour to look after myself.
