I've been training at fit20 for exactly one year. Yesterday I completed my 52nd session, a big milestone for me. In that time I have become 44% stronger, which is amazing. Just had my last workout at fit 20 for 2017 a year in which I've got stronger fitter and feel better in myself a fantastic year for me. Before joining fit 20 I had problems with back pain and neck pain I had regular visits to a physiotherapist every two to three weeks which now I've stopped. Looking forward to next year. Thanks again to everyone at fit 20 merry Christmas and a happy New year. 👍

Great team, friendly and professional. Highly recommend Fit20 for anyone who's pressed for time but would like an effective method for improving their fitness. I was certainly skeptical at how you could improve your fitness in just 20 minutes a week, but having experienced it first hand I highly recommend giving it a go to see for yourself
