Michelle is great at encouraging you to reach your goals, to motivate you when you don’t feel like you have the energy and constantly mixes exercises up, so you never get bored. I would highly recommend her.

Michelle is such an experienced trainer, with heaps of knowledge, especially for women. She is an expert in teaching women self defence, and she helps build up your physical confidence as well as your fitness. Her sessions are always fun and challenging, and I always leave them having learned something new.
