I started working with Scott to streamline my strength programme & support triathlon and running training. I'd been going to the gym for years but without a clear focus. With Scott's guidance I was able to make strength gains because he gave me confidence to lift heavier and improved my technique through his expert advice. Scott provides excellent programmes that are carefully tailored to individual requirements and he explains them clearly too. I would definitely recommend FastFitStrong!

I really enjoy working with Scott. He was recommended to me as a strength and conditioning coach to help me work through issues that had become apparent whilst marathon training. His programmes are brilliant, his communication excellent, his support unwaivering. When I tell people I train with Scott many have told me how lucky I am to have found him. I agree. I started training with Scott on the recommendation of a friend, after breaking my hip. As a keen cyclist, I was concerned that I wouldn’t regain flexibility / strength and previous levels of performance. I started working with Scott during my time at British Cycling where he was part of the team that supported me during my gold medal-winning performances in Rio. Started working with Scott when 3 months from Ironman got an IT band injury. Scott's work outs not only helped me getting over the finish line but also improving my bike time by approximately 30 mins. Best part of working with Scott is he is very prompt and eager to help.
