Emily’s classes are absolutely fantastic. I have been going to Strong classes for a while now and more recently I have started Zumba. (Strong being a bit like a HIIT class but instead of boot camp style, it is routines with different levels of fitness to music, it’s great fun if you have not tried before, both men and women attend) I can not express enough how positive I feel when I walk out the door after class. Probably one of the best instructor's out there, no one encourages or motivates you as much as Emily does. In and out of class, she has encouraged me to keep going and has a wealth of knowledge to share about health and fitness! She makes you feel super welcome and her classes are just pure fun! Cannot recommend enough!

I joined Emily’s fitness club last October and straight away I was made to feel incredibly welcome by Emily and everyone else in the club. Emily is amazing, she’s incredibly motivational and leads the class with wonderful confidence and a super energy. She notices everything you’re doing and will encourage you to challenge yourself and raise your levels to reach your goals. Fantastic.

Emily is a fantastic Strong and Zumba instructor! She really cares about not only her clients fitness, but their overall well-being on their fitness journey. She demonstrates different levels in her classes, so beginners can perfect their form first and more experienced clients can really push themselves further. I have been doing Strong with Emily for a few year, a fabulous workout with great results. Emily is a fabulous instructor that guides, advices and encourages you on your fitness journey. As a result, this has forged a community of people that support each other and champion your goals. Makes a world of difference! Can not recommend these classes enough!
