A Career and personal development coach based in the home counties.  I qualified as a coach in 2006 so have enjoyed a wealth of coaching experience following my original careers as a senior leader and business owner in retail and then the world of recruitment.  The enjoyment of helping people identify and find a job they love led to me deciding to become a licensed career coach, which means I can help you explore your option and support your move to a new role and your ongoing personal development as you continue to develop your career. As an executive recruitment specialist placing candidates into senior appointments I find that the first 90 days in a new job is often the time when people need extra support to settle into their role.  This was my initial reason for training as a coach and one of my specialist areas is supporting the initial months in the role for senior candidates, both internal and external appointments settle into their new role, providing a safe environment to support and help.
