Very friendly atmosphere, very knowledgeable coaches, easy booking over the app, which is not only efficient but also helps with keeping the classes small enough, so that everyone can be overseen. Amazing place to learn self-defence! As a newbie, never felt intimidated to start training here due to the supportive community and patient, well experienced instructors. The top notch facilities and the flexibility to choose your classes are a cherry on top. Can’t rate this place high enough!

Hands down, the best Martial Arts gym in Brighton!. The coaches are all super knowledgeable and welcoming when you first arrive to taster class. its got an amazing community feel with people who are friendly. The fundamental classes are ace, so would recommend attending those weekly too. x

Visited Elements on Saturday to do the competition class. I was able to register and book very easily using the online system. Excellent facilities, full changing room and shower for after training. Atmosphere in the class was absolutely spot on. Had a fantastic session, brilliant training partners/atmosphere/vibe. Still buzzing from it days later.. Would highly recommend training here, Yousuf was a true gentleman, thanks again Gareth.

Yousuf has not built an academy, he has built a community. He truly wants every person that trains at Elements to be a success, on and off the mats, would recommend. World class instruction with a home town vibe. You are made to feel like family the instant you walk in. Everyone is amazingly supportive of the beginners and it shows in the culture they have built.
