I have been to yoga studios in many countries so I feel confident in saying that this is a really special studio. Not only is the level of teaching excellent but it's oozing with soul and knowledge. It is so refreshing to go to a studio that is unpretentious whilst keeping a strong sense of yoga philosophy and it's spiritual elements. Karen is truly an amazing teacher and woman, and guides you through breath work and meditation and knows exactly how to improve your yoga practice that is personal to you. Awesome fun yoga class. The instructor Karen brilliantly caters for all abilities making you feel at ease and welcome in her class, whilst subtlety given you hands on adjustments to ensure correct alignment and pushing you that bit deeper. Great mix of fun, spirituality and hands on adjustments! Will be back!
