Dufftown Golf Club

Played in the middle of Feb after the snow had recently melted from the week before. Considering this, there were no temporary greens, no tee mats and I could play off the fairways. The course was in decent condition with only two greens that were wet. The greens were a bit fluffy and bobbly, but that was due to the greenkeeper unable to work on them due to the weather. Great views, don’t expect the greens to be slick but they are immaculate considering this course is in the side of a hill… You need to be fit to play it unless you hire a buggy…

Simply a 'must play'. Scenic, fair, challenging. Do yourself a favour and walk the course, rather than hiring a buggy.

What a beautiful course and excellent staff both in and out of the clubhouse. Very accommodating of our needs and quick to answer our questions and concerns. We couldn't ask for a better day or place to enjoy or first round of golf in Scotland. Number 10 will take your breath away!
