The Six Stages Framework was designed as a way of offering support and challenge to individuals and organisations in their fight against racism. It has also been adapted for other areas of inequalities such as neurodiversity and understanding the needs of autistic children and adults.

We are a team of Psychologists, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Experts.

We are committed to working with individuals and organisations and contributing to thinking in this area through evidence based practice.

We carry out research with businesses, schools and Universities to inform our conceptual frameworks and strategies and interventions.
