  • When Donna first started helping me I had many issues with keeping fit, motivation and eating healthy. She’s always been there to keep me motivated in my journey to become a healthier version of myself. Following a new diagnosis of diabetes Donna has helped me to revolve my healthy living around being safe and is always there for support. Highly recommend!

  • I started training with Donna nearly two years ago. My aim was just to lose some weight, around 5-7 kg and boost a little my confidence. A few months in I was strong, confident and I felt as I have ever before. Donna is so understanding, has always kept in mind my preferences but at the same time she's firm and clear. I also really appreciate that she's always there when I need her, and she'll always make it clear that you're not alone in this. Helping women to be as strong as ever!
