Emma was very knowledgeable and supportive from the first time we spoke. The Diva Fitness website was very informative and I was suitably impressed with the picture of the training facilities and reviews from other clients. Emma is a great personal training. For someone like me who doesn't like gyms, it is great to have found somebody where I feel comfortable, I get motivated and encouraged to work towards being healthier. The exercises are varied and get adjusted towards your capabilities and needs. Highly recommend Emma

Emma is a fantastic trainer with great sense of humor so every session is filled with laugh and positive attitude which empower you to work out even harder. Emma was my PT for 10 months, from June 2021 until the end of April this year. For the first 6 months I worked with her 2 sessions a week, then 1 session a week from Christmas.
