About Cowan Pilates
Julie believes in facilitating conscious awareness of the body in movement and empowering people to trust their bodies and what they can do, through Pilates. The aim of classes is to improve self awareness, learn to attend to your body's needs, promote mindful movement and gently strengthen and mobilise the body. Pilates can help to ease pain and improve posture.
