I lost just over 4 stone and 15.5% body fat training with Rob. Rob is a very competent personal trainer and it made a big difference working on my diet as well as my fitness. Very happy with the results, thanks Rob!

Rob is by far the best trainer I have every trained with! Despite many restrictions due to my age and health conditons, I lost 6% body fat and reached the target range on my final weigh in. I also lost 3 inches on my bum, hips and waist. Rob has motivated me to think differently about my dietary intake and exercise.

Not only did I lose 2 stones and 1 pound and 11% body fat doing the 16 week course with Rob, I also improved my 500 metre time on the rower by nearly a minute and am back playing football again. These session have made such a positive impact on my life, my health and my happiness. Thank you so much Rob for your honest and motivational support and for being a thoroughly good guy. I trained with Rob during the summer of 2018. During our time together he monitored my diet and pushed me beyond what I thought possible with the routines. Rob was focused on the result. He shared healthy eating plans with me which I have maintained to this day. I do not feel deprived but quite the opposite as I am giving my body what it needs. I no longer crave 'comfort' foods. I signed up for an initial 24 weeks course with Rob. During this time I lost over 2 stones and 6.5% body fat training with Rob in his studio. My overall fitness level improved considerably and I also lost a lot of visceral fat, which was particularity important to me. As well as the workouts Rob tracked my food intake regularly which helped me learn what I should/shouldn't eat and stay on track and acted as a good deterrent when tempted by 'bad' foods!
