In recent years, Thailand’s bean-to-bar movement has surged onto the global stage, with both bean-to-bar and tree-to-bar makers earning well-deserved acclaim at the Academy of Chocolate and the International Chocolate Awards for their exceptional craftsmanship, bold innovation, and celebration of Thai-origin cacao and uniquely Thai inclusion flavours. But despite their success, these chocolate are still not so easy to find here in the UK.
This December, I’ll be travelling through Thailand and Singapore to meet the makers, farmers, and innovators shaping Southeast Asia’s rapidly evolving craft chocolate scene. I’ll be visiting cacao farms, and spending time with chocolate makers whose work rarely reaches our retailers here in the UK.
And I’ll be bringing their chocolate home for us to taste together.
During this two hour live online tasting, we’ll explore a hand-selected collection of dark and flavoured bars that reveal the distinct character of the farms and makers I’ll be visiting. Expect unique flavour profiles, regional varieties, and processing choices that highlight the terroir and creativity of Thailand and Singapore’s craft chocolate communities.

Time for Q&A
This is a chance to taste the region through the makers who shape it — and to get an insider’s look at the cacao origins I’ll be exploring on the ground.
Because I’ll be hand-carrying the chocolate back from my travels, I want to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition before taking payment. While I’ll take every precaution to transport the bars safely, there’s always a small chance a bar doesn’t survive the journey — and I don’t want anyone to be charged until I know the tasting kits are confirmed.
Simply reserve your spot now, and during the first week of January, I’ll send a secure payment link to complete your booking.
Don't forget to add the postage to a UK address. Parcels will be send Royal Mail either 48hr or 24 hr tracked.
