Kathryn Laverack

Kathryn Laverack is a Certified Chocolate Educator and International Chocolate Judge who founded Cocoa Encounters to share her passion for fine chocolate.

Kathryn is qualified to Level 3 in Chocolate Tasting with the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (IICCT) and is also a teacher on their introductory and Level 1 courses and is the Level 2 Course Lead. 

Through Cocoa Encounters, Kathryn offers individual and group tutoring, workshops and tasting experiences and has launched a new Appreciation of Fine Chocolate on demand video course.

For primary schools, curriculum-based workshops are available for schools within a 2 hr driving distance from Louth, Lincolnshire.
