    Such a thorough plunge into the world of Thai and Singaporean chocolate makers. The bars we tasted were pleasingly varied and sparked conversation. It was our first time doing one of Kathryn's events and it'll certainly not be the last. Lots of chocolate, too, so if you can't shake the family for the online session, there'll be enough for more than one person.

    A thoroughly enjoyable course learning about craft chocolate and makers in Singapore and Thailand, comparing different samples and being expertly guided by Kathryn - would recommend to anyone interested in learning more about fine chocolate from around the world.

    Thoroughly enjoyable and educational experience. Came away with lots of knowledge of what makes a good chocolate bar. The samples tasted took you through from white chocolate to 100% dark chocolate.
