  • I have been training with Chris for approx 6 weeks, initially, I was a little nervous as I had not exercised in a while, also I had never been to a personal trainer before. From my very first session, Chris put me at ease. I’m really surprised at how much better and fitter I feel in myself after such a short time..I don’t think I would have been able to do half the workouts I have done on my own without his encouragement!   • Chris is a fantastic trainer - challenging but motivating, always keeping me competitive and hard working! I have also had an injury recently and Chris has helped me work around that, adapting our sessions so that i can still train. I would fully recommend!

  • Chris is very professional and has a friendly attitude towards you no matter what fitness level you are at. Each session is personalized to suit you and he listens to what you enjoy doing but more importantly takes note of what you also dislike and will focus on different exercises to still achieve your goals. If you're looking for a P.T then try Chris and you won't be disappointed.

Chris is friendly and welcoming, no matter what level of fitness you are starting at. All sessions are pitched at exactly the right level of challenge, not too easy and not too hard.
