We've been the voice of environmental health since 1883, when our first incarnation, the Association of Public Sanitary Inspectors, was founded with Edwin Chadwick as the first President. Over that time, we’ve seen lots of changes, not least to our name! One thing that has stayed constant however is our commitment to supporting environmental health professionals, policymakers and the general public.
