I have trained with Chris for one month. I have never been a big gym fan, but it was a great experience. We trained outdoors in June and apart from teaching a lot about moving and exercise, Chris taught me a lot about food and eating well. I felt better each week and following his advice and food and diet I have lost 10kg in one month. I would definitely recommend this personal trainer to anyone who wants to improve their health and diet.

I have trained with Chris for many years, starting pretty much from scratch. He is friendly, patient, no-bull, encourages you when you are feeling uninspired, pushes you when you need challenging. I have had great results with him and would recommend him to anyone of any ability.
