Cat is an amazing PT, I couldn't recommend enough. As a complete beginner to resistance training, I really appreciated Cat's expertise and thoughtful approach. I wanted to build strength, particularly upper body, but had no idea how to approach it. I learnt a huge amount from Cat and she taught me a good range of exercises - including lots I could easily do at home as well as getting maximum benefit from gym equipment. Cat is an incredible PT, with an exceptional eye for detail. She’ll push you - hard- but is also sensitive to your moods and emotions, which is so important when it comes to injury prevention and longevity. Cannot recommend her enough.

Training with Cat since January has been so important for me, in ways I didn't even imagine it would be! She has managed to help me get stronger by staying consistent and helping me to believe in myself and her adaptations and enthusiasm around working with a double leg amputee has been so appreciated. Cat is not just a coach, but also an educator. She is super attentive and helps you understand not only what you are doing, but how it works. Doing general strength training, as well as strength training specifically for boxing, her knowledge is endless and she is always willing to share it with you.
