I went to Camilla as I was a peri-menopausal, fairly active, 51 year old looking for advice on how to exercise as I entered the menopause (and beyond). Camilla Lister is a wonderful personal trainer who I highly recommend. She explains every exercise in detail, shows you how to do it and which muscles it is working on/ how it is benefitting you. She also mixes it up so no lesson is the same and is always introducing new things. She pushes you to do your best and is always encouraging and supportive.

Having worked with Camilla for 18 months, I can say that she is a fantastic personal trainer. Thanks to our weekly sessions I have increased my strength, stamina and fitness beyond what I thought was possible. Camilla works with you and is a great communicator.
