Jay has been my personal trainer now for nearly 6years. When I first came to him I had almost constant lower back pain and no core! He devises a variety of sessions with a good mix of working different body parts which keeps me interested and gives plenty of motivation and encouragement throughout. He adapts sessions to allow for aches or any changes to your personal goals. You never leave a training session feeling low (even if it wasn't your best!). Thank you Jay; definitely recommend you.
