I attended my first bootcamp just under a month ago and I'm hooked! Lee is such a friendly and supportive coach. He keeps the sessions fast-paced, interesting and enjoyable. Have improved my fitness considerably since committing to 2 classes a week. Highly, highly recommend. 👌🏻

Fantastic Bootcamp, I have been going for over 4 years and I still love it, sun, rain, snow, it is just great to be outdoors. This class is good for any level of fitness, Lee will make it easier or harder as you wish. I cannot recommend this more, it is great for both physical and mental well being

Always well planned; the classes are suitable for all abilities and attended by a good group of people. I’ve been attending Lee’s classes 5+ years and it never gets boring; and the good thing about the classes is that as your fitness improves Lee changes things up to keep it fresh and challenging. If you are completely new don’t be afraid, give it a try and you might surprise yourself!

Lee provides a great service. Various exercises and different each session. It's been really helpful with my weight loss journey and keeps me fit as well as being great value for money. Lee provides motivation whilst still keeping it fun.

Lee provides varied enough routines to keep the programmes interesting and gives you just the right amount of encouragement and challenge. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to get fitter and/or lose weight. He's also happy to provide alternate exercise options if you have an injury or other need. Friendly bunch too.
