Jo is totally brilliant and has truly got me back on the fitness trail. Her sessions are expertly planned, varied, high energy and great fun. Can highly recommend Jo - I always leave my personal training session feeling invigorated, and inspired to stay active and improve my diet. Group circuit training sessions are great fun too. I am loving being fit again after a few years of laziness!
