  • Preventative self care everyone needs to experience. I went for deep tissue massage, gary was amazing, beware folks, this is THE massage designed for athletes usually but it suited regular folk like me being a bodybuilder. Will be back again, it is too good!

  • If you're looking for a personal trainer that looks at the whole picture, not just the exercise itself but diet, metabolic type, etc., then Dunk and the team at Bodyguards are for you. The gym is friendly and a great place to work out. Can't recommend them enough :)

Their total Health and fitness service is the best I have experienced and helped me to become as fit as I was at 20 (I'm 37). All of the trainers are friendly and really know their stuff. Highly recommended!!
