I've been training with Jo for six months and love it. I'm getting stronger all the time and can see more definition in my body. Jo always motivates you to go one step further, but in a really encouraging and supportive way, with new exercises introduced all the time that keep our sessions fun and fresh x

I've been training with Jo for over a year. I never thought I'd enjoy excercise but i really enjoy training with Jo. The sessions are relaxed and fun and I'm always motivated to go, which I never thought I would be! Jo is supportive, encouraging, knowledgeable, and is always able to answer any questions I have about excercise and nutrition.
