I’ve been training at Bison Strength & Fitness since Adam opened his doors a few years back. Both Adam and Alex are very motivating and knowledgeable instructors and will always push you that extra mile. What I love most about the classes is that they’re never the same. They always challenge me and I ALWAYS leave feeling amazing! 💪🏼

I've only started training with Alex and Adam a few weeks ago, but am already really impressed with their knowledge and coaching style. Their equipment is excellent and their group sessions provide a brilliant opportunity to meet other like minded individuals who want to take their training to the next level. I've since signed myself up for a further 10 sessions and can't wait to see how my fitness evolves! Also, their flexible payment approach is exactly what I need as I do a lot of travel!

Bison Strength and Fitness is a very friendly and welcoming gym. I have been coming for over a year now. I wanted somewhere to train where I felt motivated and challenged. Bison Strength & Fitness is great. I have only recently just joined - but from the first point of contact everyone has been so welcoming! The classes are so varied, you will be working different sets of muscles every time. Alex & Adam are brilliant, they always provide encouragement throughout and really make training enjoyable. Give it a go, you won’t regret it!

I have been training with Bison Strength & Fitness for over 2 years. Adam and his team are friendly and professional. Always encouraging me to work hard and most importantly enjoy my fitness journey! The gym is nice and private and the workouts are always varied and challenging. Adam is always on hand to offer great advice for fitness and nutrition goals. The boot-camp sessions are brilliant and i've made some great fitness friends over the last few years. I wouldn't train anywhere else!
