Stayed at the Dartmouth Hotel for 1 night with dinner and spa. The staff were excellent and went over and above with taking care of us. Our spa treatments were very good. Particularly for my wife who had a special maternity treatment. We had a great dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Our room had also been recently refurbished and had a nice bathroom. Will definitely return.

Great location. Good service and very good breakfast. Looking a little tired, does need a spruce up. Rooms comparable to Premier inn. Spa is very good though a little tired as per the rest of the complex. BEWARE if in the spa area during times when children are allowed in, it gets very busy in the pool and a struggle to swim. We came to the hotel for a spa day. The changing rooms were dirty and the drains were very smelly. Only one toilet was working and the other one was really dirty with dried on urine on the basin and poo on the seat. They did clean it straight away but that really isn’t the point. The spa area itself was not warm enough for a winters day. The jacuzzi was cool in temperature. The sauna and steam rooms were great. Food was lovely and service was great.

Joined the spa as a member. And have to say its the worst I've been too. For the first 2 months the steam room was out of order, the temperature of the jacuzzi was always below what was stated, being too cold. The list goes on however the main concern was that on a number of occasions I became increasingly concerned about children, under the age of 10! using the sauna facilities.
