  • I've just completed the 8 week MBSR/MBCT course online which certainly exceeded all my expectations. Tessa is a wonderful instructor and skillfully managed a largish group on Zoom - I don't think any of us felt that we had missed out on a face to face course (although I can't wait to be able to meet Tessa in person!) The fact that most of the people on the course were returning for their third or fourth course says it all. And for me, a complete beginner, I'll certainly be returning for more....

  • A life changing 9 week course. The teaching from Tessa was calm, compassionate and inspiring. Be ready to commit yourself to developing for the 2 months and embrace the at home practice in between the weekly sessions. Really enjoyable and highly recommended for a fresh start to the new decade.

  • I did the 8 week mindfulness course last autumn with Tessa. I've been doing mindfulness for many years but wanted to deepen through a formal course. I really really enjoyed the course and found it has been incredibly beneficial. Tessa is a wonderful guide and very engaging both during the classes and in answering any questions throughout the 8 weeks. Since the class I have found my meditation has deepened quite considerably, so the course has been a brilliant step for me in my journey.

Tessa is warm and engaging, and a true mindfulness authority, not like the "gurus" I feel like I come across sometimes who are jumping on the surge in popularity.
