Barkshire Dog Training

We called upon Sarah for 1-2-1 help with our young rescue Doberman who was hugely under socialised. We chose Sarah due to her experience with larger breeds and although we have a very long way to go the improvements made in just one month under Sarah's guidance is brilliant.

We’ve always had a great experience with Sarah! We’ve been training our golden retriever pup Tali with Sarah from the start with a mix of 1-2-1 sessions, and group IMDT courses levels 1 & 2. We have attended one recall workshop with Sarah which we found a very positive experience. The training venue is great with outdoor and indoor space and a good amount of realistic distractions due to backing onto the river. The approach is positive and reward based, and the environment / tone very welcoming. We would happily attend more classes in the future if we are able to - scheduling and the location not being ideal for us is the only thing that has prevented this so far.

Really great experience with Sarah! We've learned an arsenal of tricks to help our pup improve on walks and at home and couldn't be more grateful for Sarah's continued support. I'd highly recommend her to anyone in search of a dog trainer. Thank you, Sarah!!!!

Sarah has been fantastic helping us train our dog. He is a rescue with high emotions. We had done a degree of training on our own before seeing Sarah but she has helped us greatly with his recall and loose lead. She was very considerate in her approach and tailored the sessions to our dog.
