Tai Chi and Qigong are profound systems of body-mind training ideal for helping people tackle many problems caused by modern life, such as sedentary, inactive lifestyles, endless "multitasking", chronic levels of stress, overuse of digital media and technology, and disconnection from nature.

All levels of student are welcome to join our classes, whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience of tai chi and/or qigong.
