After being on the brink of burnout myself, I stumbled upon simple, yet impactful self-help, self-care and relaxation tools. These quick, effective techniques helped me rebuild my resilience, reclaim my sense of self and navigate challenges with renewed strength and joy. And that’s how The SHARE Project was born.
What is The SHARE Project?
The SHARE Project is built on a simple principle: you need to put your own oxygen mask on first! By nurturing yourself, you’re better equipped to support your children. Through our three, weekly, set of live online workshops, delivered via Zoom, you’ll discover practical tools to bring more calm and happiness into your daily life.
Here’s what you can expect:
Weekly Workshops: Each week, we’ll introduce and practice one or two tools designed to fit seamlessly into your life (in just a few minutes at a time, I promise!). These are not your typical “luxury spa day” suggestions — because let’s face it, who has time for that? Instead, you’ll learn sustainable, go-to strategies that you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing, even in the midst of chaos. You will also receive a mid-week email of encouragement between workshops and printables to help record and track your progress.
Ongoing Support: In each session, we’ll review your progress, fine-tune your approach, if needed, and introduce the next tool.
Community Connection: You’ll be part of a supportive group of fellow SEN parents and carers who understand the unique challenges you face.
