One of the most powerful ways to tap into intrinsic motivation is by cleaning up your mindset. The way you talk to yourself, visualise and manage your emotions is directly related to your ability to stay motivated and focused. This session will introduce you to a menu of mind hacks to help you Free your Mind?

If you attend this mini workshop you will:

Understand the sequence that is really running your brain and the Growth Mindset connection.

You will have a number of quick and easy techniques to interrupt this sequence.

For those new to NLP you will make the link to NLP processes as change agents.

For the more experienced you will gain some ideas for working more effectively to change repeating patterns.

This session is for those new to NLP or those interested in linking NLP with Growth Mindset.

Melody Cheal, MSc Psychology and NLP Master Trainer. Melody runs courses in both the private and the public sector, focusing on interpersonal skills and self-awareness. Over the last 30 years she has worked with International committees, directors, senior managers, teams and front line staff as an executive coach. She provides a range of Accredited Courses in NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Coaching and Supervision.

She has a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and holds a degree in Psychology, a diploma in Psychotherapy and NLP. She is also a certified Master Trainer of NLP and a Trainer of Hypnosis.
