I teach smaller group mat pilates classes in Poynton and Bramhall, Stockport. The exercises have a clinical basis so can be excellent for conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis or to help recovery after a joint operation like a hip replacement. Equally, I have many clients from surrounding areas who just enjoy pilates and attend to keep themselves strong and mobile.

I offer a range of classes to suit all abilities, ranging from beginner to more advanced. There tends to be 12 people in each pilates class, with slightly less if it's a beginner pilates course. This ensures I can give you individual attention and help with adapting exercises where necessary.
