Alan Teather Quilting

Lovely shop. Visited for the first time today, and will visit again when in the area.

I needed a specific fabric from a collection that was out of print, and Alan & Amanda happened to have what may well have been the last 2.8 meters anywhere. (No store in the U.S. listed any available yardage online.) They delivered outstanding customer service in a friendly and personable manner and went out of their way to make sure the order was processed and shipped without delay. Four generations of my family spent around 20 years (on and off) hand stitching my quilt top . It was then packed away in a box and stayed there for about 6 years. My Mam died recently and I wanted to buy something that would have special memories of her. When I spotted ATQ online, I knew what I had to do! I went to see if they could finish my quilt for me. My recent order was filled and delivered in record time, and was beautifully wrapped. It was lovely to receive emails at every stage keeping me posted on the progress; I had to wait for one fabric to come back into stock.
