Working with Ali has been a total game changer for me. I had been training for months without seeing any significant weight loss or recon position. My body changed so much in even the first four weeks I worked with her. She’s also the only fitness person I know who really tries to create a sustainable program. She wants to change your mind. Ali works tirelessly to ensure the plans are individual and are actually do-able for people who work. Diets are not restrictive at all (mine increased in calories) and take into account dietary requirements (I’ve been pescatarian, veggie and now vegan) and what you like (most importantly). Ali asks what equipment you have access to, as well as how many steps you average and any shift patterns you work.
