I love sharing my passion ! for Zumba® with each and every class member. I take great pride in putting all my energy into providing all class members with the best experience that I can throughout any of my classes be that Zumba®, Zumba Gold® or Zumba Kids & Kids Jr. I try to make every class fun and easy to follow, leaving you energised and happy and wanting to come back for more! I love to see people express themselves through music and dance and grow in confidence, not to mention the added benefit of weight-loss, toning, improvement in fitness, flexibility, balance and of course a workout for your mind. You can forget about the world around you, empty your mind, dance, relax, enjoy the music and let go of all those daily stresses and strains that life throws at you and enjoy yourself. We have a lovely community spirit where great friendships are made too, and we would love you to join us :D x
