Our Camp/ Training class programming is designed to work the whole body throughout the week, improving cardiovascular endurance and building confidence. XINX Move are Yoga classes based in our yoga studio at NIX, we offer a range of classes from Vinyasa, Balance, Recovery & Fitness yoga.
