After we’ve found you the right candidate for your role, we’re able to offer ongoing support in the form of training and accredited Facilities Management qualifications to make sure that your new hire has the skills they need to succeed and progress in their role. We’ll work with you to nurture them during those first few months or even years to make sure that they settle into their new working environment and start producing the results you need. We’ll work with your candidate to continually assess their strengths and weaknesses and make sure that you can get the best out of them. And on top of all that – they’ll receive an accredited IWFM qualification as part of the process.
