Hello, I’m Sally and welcome to Just Exhale! I’m a highly qualified and experienced antenatal and childbirth educator. I’ve been teaching antenatal classes, pregnancy yoga, baby massage and baby yoga in Harrow for the last six years. I’m passionate about all things birth and baby and I bring a common sense approach to my teaching, providing perinatal support to Mums and families. I’m a serial course attender, this year has been super exciting for me and I’ve added Hypnobirthing and Holistic sleep consulting to my offering. I am a Mummy to three strong and fearless little boys and a wife to an extremely long suffering, supportive and mostly understanding husband who is now in possession of far more antenatal knowledge than I’m sure he ever knew was possible!
